Hi there,

Well after many years of thinking about it, this is finally my first post....( thanks hubby!)

My name is Michelle and I live with my family in Sydney, Australia. With 2 kids, husband, cat and a few career paths under my belt, I am finally taking my first tentative steps into the blog world.


Newfromnow is about my passion to up cycle/ renovate/make loved again, unloved/discarded items of furniture, fabric and whatever else comes along.

With my own vision, which usually turns out to be in bright colors, I give these pieces a new lease of life. I hope to sell them through my Etsy shop, and can't wait to see where they will end up, ready for their second life!

I have been working hard, and am nearly ready to show you...but in the mean time I will show you some things that inspire me...
